{"id":18731,"date":"2018-02-19T14:51:27","date_gmt":"2018-02-19T13:51:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rimontgo.com\/info\/?p=18731"},"modified":"2023-03-08T14:09:40","modified_gmt":"2023-03-08T13:09:40","slug":"wine-program-2018-valencian-wineries","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rimontgowineries.com\/blog\/wine-program-2018-valencian-wineries\/","title":{"rendered":"The Wine Program for 2018: a detailed guide of the Valencian wineries"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The D<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">esignation of <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">O<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">rigin<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> Utiel-Requena is responsible for this third edition of the program, where information about the most important events regarding wine of the region is gathered<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">Increasingly becoming more aware of the importance of <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>wine<\/b><\/span> <span lang=\"en-US\"><b>tourism<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">, the Valencian wineries present a large number of <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">entertainment<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> activities <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">about<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> wine culture, of which they decided to collect in the same document. The <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Wine Program<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0is a pocket-size notebook, also available online, that the Designation of Origin (D.O.) Utiel-Requena<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0publishes and, it consists of a hundred proposals open to the public and <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">celebrated throughout<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> the year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">This is the third edition of the publication, presented <\/span><span style=\"color: #2e74b5;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><u><a href=\"https:\/\/utielrequena.org\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">in the headquarters of the D.O<\/a>.<\/u><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">; the <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Bodega Redonda<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0of Utiel, before all kinds of <\/span><span lang=\"en-GB\">organisations<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">, from trade unions to <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">wine cellars, <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">tra<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">de<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> schools, cultural associations and businessmen. \u201cFor the third consecutive year, we have a program <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">which<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> is the <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">result of the mutual union<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">. I<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">t i<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">s important as it demonstrates the power of the <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">R<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">ound <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">T<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">able, <\/span><span lang=\"en-GB\">that gathers all the represen<\/span><span lang=\"en-GB\">tatives of the industry, and <\/span><span lang=\"en-GB\">gives a name to this <\/span><span lang=\"en-GB\">area<\/span><span lang=\"en-GB\">\u201d, states<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> the president of the D.O. Utiel-Requena, <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Jos\u00e9 Miguel Medina<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Wine Program of 2018<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0contains detailed information about tastings, tours, food pairing and <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">training courses<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">, among others events, <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">celebrated chronologically throughout the year<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">. More specifically, it is divided into <strong>six categories<\/strong>; tours and sampling; tours and snacks; food paring; <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">training course<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">, and events. With a very practical design, each activity presented in the program includes information regarding; the organising entity, the <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">place where the <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">events will take place, a timetable, the <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">period of the events<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> and, a brief detailed description of the event.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The events mentioned in the Wine Program of 2018 are available, in Spanish, in paper format as well as <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/utielrequena.org\/documentos\/AGENDA_DEL_VINO_2018.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #2e74b5;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><u>downloadable via PDF<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/a><span lang=\"en-US\">. Regarding the program,<strong> t<\/strong><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>he tasting c<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>ourses<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0and the tours of the main museums of the region are highlighted. The fairs of the region are also important, as well as the courses related to the <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">viticulture<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> world. Data is showed <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">about t<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">he <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">Grape Harvest<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> Fair of Requena, the guided tours <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">to<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> the <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bodegasutielanas.com\/eng\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #2e74b5;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><u>Wineries of Utiel<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/a><span lang=\"en-US\">, the tastings commented in Ferevin, <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">and<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> the introduction course<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">s<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> of <a href=\"http:\/\/dominiodelavega.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dominio de la Vega<\/a>, <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">the price is also shown<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">One of the <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">aim<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">s <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">of<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> this publication is to unite the winegrowing industry, that increasingly has more relevance within the <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">Valencian <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">Community, where the buying of wineries and vineyards is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rimontgo.com\/investment-sale-wineries-vineyards\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">a blooming investment<\/a><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">. On the other hand, the program was able to reawaken the interest of wine lovers, as all they have to do is download <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">it from <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">the webpage to enjoy the pleasures of wine <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">of <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">one of the most prestigious regions with historical tradition.
