W\u00e4hrend ein guter Teil der Bev\u00f6lkerung Weine mit vielen F\u00e4ssern genie\u00dft, hassen andere es, dass das Holz in den Wein eindringt und sie daran hindert, die Fr\u00fcchte zu sehen, aus denen er hergestellt wird. Ich werde nicht leugnen, dass ich mich in diesem zweiten Sektor befinde.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Alles in seinem fairen Ma\u00df ist akzeptabel. Das feine, elegante und gut eingebundene Holz ist sehr angenehm, solange es die Rebsorte erkennen l\u00e4sst, aus der der Wein hergestellt wurde. Der Lauf der Zeit seinerseits gl\u00e4ttet und verfeinert die im Fass gereiften Weine und verleiht ihnen seidige Noten. Die neuesten klassischen Riojas sind aufgrund des \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfigen Holzanteils schwer zu trinken, aber in zwanzig Jahren wird die Integration so sein, dass die Weine fabelhaft sein werden.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Je nach Art des verwendeten Fasses weist der Wein einige oder andere Nuancen auf. Im Allgemeinen k\u00f6nnen wir \u00fcber F\u00e4sser aus franz\u00f6sischer, amerikanischer, ungarischer und slawonischer Eiche sprechen, obwohl es einige Hersteller gibt \u2013 die wenigsten \u2013 die Kastanien- oder Akazienf\u00e4sser verwenden. In jedem Fall haben die Maserung, die R\u00f6stung sowie die unterschiedlichen Gr\u00f6\u00dfen und Nutzungsjahre der F\u00e4sser einen erheblichen Einfluss auf das Endergebnis.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Die \u00fcbliche Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der F\u00e4sser betr\u00e4gt 225 Liter. Aus amerikanischer Eiche hergestellte Weine ergeben s\u00fc\u00dfere Weine mit Kokosnussnoten, w\u00e4hrend solche aus europ\u00e4ischer Eiche neutraler sind und feinere und w\u00fcrzigere Weine hervorbringen. Die Maserung des Holzes verleiht, wenn sie fein ist, Eleganz, w\u00e4hrend eine \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige R\u00f6stung uns daran hindert, die Traube zu sehen, aus der der Wein hergestellt wurde.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Es gibt Weinbaugebiete, wie zum Beispiel in einem guten Teil Italiens, die Foudres verwenden, da sie ein gr\u00f6\u00dferes Fassungsverm\u00f6gen haben, zwischen 1.500 und 5.000 Liter, was bedeutet, dass der Kontakt des Weins mit dem Holz viel geringer ist, was, unaufhaltsam, Es spiegelt sich im Geschmack wider.
