A modern-style cava, produced by Ton Mata (Recadero) in his personal project.<\/p>\n
3\u00ba) CAVA BABEL, FROM VINYA NATURA<\/p>\n
Cava from the Valencian Community produced by the small Vinya Natura winery.<\/p>\n
4\u00ba) IZAR LEKU, FROM IZAR LEKU MAHASTIAK<\/p>\n
Sparkling wine made with Hondaribi zuri in Getaria, Basque Country. Every time she goes out blindly, she is mistaken for champagne.<\/p>\n

This relation of sparkling wines ranges from \u20ac12 to \u20ac50, so there is no excuse. Some of these wines will be found in bars, restaurants and shops, although not always. The safe bet is to buy them in specialized stores and enjoy them quietly at home, if possible on a terrace or by the pool.
