De certa forma, existe uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00edntima entre os aromas e sabores do vinho, uma vez que os primeiros voltam a refletir-se quando o vinho entra na boca. No entanto, a verdadeira fase gustativa \u00e9 dada, especificamente, por cinco sabores.: doce, salgado, amargo, azedo e umami.
