"Yo SOLO" wine is produced in coordination between the owner and the oenologist of La Melonera is worth mentioning the work of recovery of old Andalusian native varieties of grapes – one of which gives name to The Wine and Country Club "La Melonera", which has led to it being declared a "Special Plan of Andalusian interest" – and winning the Andalusian Environment Award 2015.

The production of ecological wines within the finca and on the private land of the villa properties is managed entirely by the winery and its experienced oenologist, who take care of the maintenance of the vineyards on behalf of the owners, who receive bottles of their own custom-made wine variety.

The house has been designed by the prestigious architects’ studio MS Design masterfully blending the typical Andalusian essence with contemporary elements. It has all the main living area on one level with the winery part in the basement. Its comfortable layout includes a lounge/dining room with open plan fully fitted kitchen with central island and exit to the open terrace with views of the private vineyard that is maintained by the central winery which will also produce the owner’s private bottled wine tailored to the customer’s taste. Completely integrated with the landscape and surrounded by cork and olive trees it provides you with extraordinary moments.
