In this case it is of vital importance to defend from the very beginning of the commercialisation the real value of the winery so that its owners obtain the fair price through an orderly and rational sale. It is a matter of the buyer really paying the value that the winery has, as long as it brings him that profit. Otherwise, our job is to find another buyer.
