Description
This winery has the capacity to produce a total of 2 million litres of wine in Ribera del Duero. It measures at 4,000m2 and has a small house, a wine shop, an office and vessels for the winery.
The old part of the winery dates back to the 1980's and consists of 43 cement tanks set over two floors. This three storey layout, is extremely comfortable to work in.
There is another vessel that is used as a dispatch and labelling room and leads to the lorry bay.
The new area, built in 2003, is comprised of three big rooms used to hold the barrels to age the wine, as well as stainless steel tanks to ferment the wine, if you so wish.
Although it is currently closed, the winery has all the necessary certifications. At this present moment, there are no stainless steel tanks or barrels.
This property would be perfect for investors looking to produce a significant amount of wine in the Ribera del Duero.
