Wine unites and creates magical bonds. This statement may seem cliché, but, at the same time, it is irrefutable. Regardless of the fraternal relationships that may be generated, any gathering held around a bottle of wine creates a special connection between those people who share this passion. The subsequent drift of the relationships will depend on multiple factors, but what is certain is that he will have marked a point and moved on.
In any case, within this world there are multiple ways of feeling and understanding wine, although all of them are protected by the common denominator of oenological love. In this small bubble there are very diverse people. There are those who love wine, but don’t see beyond Rioja and Ribera. Others do not have a filter, as they are able to enjoy drinking an exclusive vinazo and do the same with a commercial wine. There are also those who only drink vinazos, or at least what they consider to be. There are those who only drink natural wines. And, of course, there is an immense majority who say they love wine, but if you ask them about their favorite producers, vineyards or varieties, they are unable to answer fluently. This is the most varied group, the one of people who, despite claiming to be passionate about wine, drink commercial wine and do not consider that there is a parallel “Matrix” that has nothing to do with what they pour down their throats.
Unfortunately, not many of us have a complete vision of the oenological reality. It is rare that we observe the world of wine as an enormous paradise of culture, geography, landscapes, tradition, respect for the environment, union with our ancestors, connection between earth and sky. In general, symbiosis with the basic elements of this planet. Of course, I will not be the one to say what is good and what is bad, since everyone enjoys things in a different way, but I would like to draw attention so that all those people who say they love the world of wine Think about my arguments, maybe you don’t share them, but you should at least give them a try. In any case, for all those people who enjoy a glass of wine, I raise mine for them.
